Ten journeys for Zimbabwean housing cooperatives, modelled front to back before a line of backend exists. Every number you see is computed by the same arithmetic the real system will use.

Everything you type is remembered across all four surfaces. Build a development as a co-op administrator, then buy a stand in it as a member, then watch the payment land in the platform's settlement run. One record, four views.

Try this

The five-minute loop

1
Open the platform console and create a cooperative. Put a real name in — it follows you everywhere.
2
Switch to cooperative admin and run the development wizard. Change the price per square foot and watch every downstream figure move.
3
Turn ZESA electrification from a separate levy into a rolled-in cost. The monthly instalment jumps immediately.
4
Publish, then open the member portal and buy one of the stands you just created.
5
Pay an instalment, then return to the platform console and settle the co-op net of your fees.
What is real here

The money is not mocked

Principal snapshots, schedule generation, oldest-overdue-first payment application, sliding forfeiture and settlement netting are implemented properly as pure functions in engine.js. That file is not prototype scaffolding — it is the reference implementation the real backend will be built against, and this prototype is its test harness.

27assertions passing, including both money invariants
i64minor units throughout — floats are rejected at the boundary
USD/ZWGnever summed across currencies

Milestones, procurement and documents show representative data. Anything involving money computes for real.

All ten journeys are clickable. J1 J2 J3 J4 J5 J6 J7 J8 J9 J10  Screens carry their journey and delivery phase in the badge above the heading, so it is always clear whether you are looking at something being built next month or next year.
